- Remove all pictures and anything specific to your family from walls.
- Remove all family pictures in frames on your furniture
- Remove any seasonal decorations, as this will "time stamp" our photos.
- Put all your personal Bath Items in an accessible box.
Show off the SPACE you have.
- Purge whatever you are not bringing with you to your next chapter
- Pack. Start packing all your non-essentials, label totes and boxes as you go (you will thank yourself later)
- Clear off all your kitchen counters, coffee tables, dressers and nightstands.
- Depending on our consulation, consider renting a storage unit for furnture or items that may take up a lot of space.
Make your life easier during the time your house is being shown.
- Organize your closets. Pack seasonal clothing, and showcase the space.
- Label all boxes and totes that you've packed for easy accessibility for when you move.
- Create a "catch all" basket for your living areas, for quick cleanups before showings.

- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Avoid using very fragrant cleaners, as this may turn off buyers as well.
- Cut and maintain your lawn.
- Trim shruberies and/or bushes around the home.
- Powerwash the exterior.
- Clean out gutters and get rid of debri.
- Stage your backyard, arrange furntiure to create a welcoming space.
